The service I need isn't listed (unsupported services)

If the service you want to verify doesn't appear in the NorthSMS service catalog, it isn't directly supported at the moment. You can still try: when buying an SMS activation number, select the generic Other option on the service selection screen. This lets you attempt verification for services that aren't officially supported.

Delivery through the Other option is not guaranteed — some platforms detect and block virtual numbers on their side, and that is outside NorthSMS's control. If no code arrives, cancel the order or let it expire; the held amount is automatically released back to your wallet, so an unsuccessful attempt costs you nothing.

A practical tip: try a few different countries for the same service — delivery rates vary by country. If the service still doesn't work after several attempts, write to the support chat with the name of the service you tried and the team will take a look.
